Robert Daniels, a partner in the firm, primarily practices in the areas of construction litigation, complex business litigation, commercial transactions, construction transactions, municipal law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, business transactions, zoning and business planning. He joined the firm in late 2001 and currently heads its construction practice group.
In the construction law practice group, he represents owners, developers, contractors, general contractors, design professionals and subcontractors. Mr. Daniels also represents the legal interests of a variety of other businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals.
