A partner in the firm, Mr. Weddle’s areas of expertise include medical malpractice, drug liability, products liability, toxic torts litigation, and insurance defense. Mr. Weddle spends the majority of his time representing physicians, hospitals and drug companies in both medical malpractice and products liability litigation. Mr. Weddle lectures extensively on trial tactics and procedure, and he frequently gives presentations for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA). In addition, Mr. Weddle, on the basis of his extensive trial experience, was selected as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Mr. Weddle has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been named an Indiana Super Lawyer in 2003 through 2010. In 2009, Mr. Weddle received the distinction of being named one of the top 50 lawyers in Indiana.

Mr. Weddle has presented several seminars for the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum including Overview, Indiana Medico-Legal Bar Association; Legal Implications of AIDS in Indiana; Controlling Litigation Costs; Handbook for Indiana Defense Lawyers Association; Protection of Owners’ Security Interest on a Construction Project; and Admissibility of Expert Witness Testimony, among many others. Mr. Weddle has been a faculty member and presenter annually for the National Institute for Trial Attorneys from 1997 to the present.
Mr. Weddle is a past president of Indy Runners and now serves as a consultant. He continues to volunteer with the Indianapolis Greenways Foundation, and has served on several steering committees, served as Chairman, or served as a committee member in several organizations including the National Sports Festival, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra 10K run, Pan American Games, Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce Corporate Challenge, Mayor’s Fitness Council.
