Mark Pizur, an associate with the firm, practices in the areas of employment law, civil rights, construction law, administrative law, commercial and business litigation. He has represented clients in several types of suits. Mr. Pizur is a member of the Institute of Law and the Workplace. The Institute is a national center for research, training, dialogue, and reflection on the law that governs the workplace. Working extensively in the area of employment law, Mr. Pizur provides advice, counsel and litigation expertise to employees and employers in all areas of employment law, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, and ERISA. He has experience in complex business litigation, including the prosecution and defense of restrictive covenants and trade secret litigation. Mr. Pizur helps businesses achieve their goals through the strategic use of litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation avoidance planning.
