Don Tabbert, Of-Counsel, is admitted to practice before all Indiana State and Federal Courts as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, U.S. Tax Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the United States Supreme Court.  He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from Indiana University, in 1950 and 1953, respectively.  Prior to founding the firm, he was senior partner with the firm of Bayh, Tabbert & Capehart and served as the United States District Attorney for the Southern District of Indiana, where he won seventy-nine of eighty-one trials.  Mr. Tabbert was also the co-campaign manager for President Ronald Reagan for the State of Indiana in 1980, and he served as campaign manager and key advisor to Indiana Governor Whitcomb from 1968 to 1972.  Mr. Tabbert concentrates his practice in the areas of complex civil and criminal litigation; antitrust; international law; business and estate planning with emphasis on advice to corporations, businesses, and banks in both civil and criminal matters and investigations.  Mr. Tabbert has been honored as a life member of Who’s Who in 2000 and has been awarded as a Sagamore of the Wabash.  Mr. Tabbert has received an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
