Partner David Shelton, an Indianapolis native and Butler graduate, focuses his practice on general business and corporate law, credit and real estate transactions, land use and zoning. Mr. Shelton counsels clients in a variety of business and business related matters, including business start-up and acquisition, finance, land use and real estate acquisition, development and leasing.
