Chad T. Walker

PROFESSIONAL BIO

Chad Walker, a partner in the firm, concentrates his practice in business transactions, commercial lending, real estate, not-for-profit, creditor and debtor rights, bankruptcy, and state and federal commercial litigation. Mr. Walker has represented clients in several types of matters, including asset purchase and sales, lease negotiations, MBE & WBE Certifications, real estate closings, Chapter 7, Chapter 11 & Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters, estate planning, estate administration, and employment disputes. Mr. Walker earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Evansville, where he served as President of the Student Government Association and earned the Guthrie May Outstanding Senior Service Award. Currently, Mr. Walker is a volunteer with the United Way of Central Indiana, and he serves on the boards of directors for several not-for-profits, such as Indiana Youth Group. Mr. Walker is also a graduate of the United Way of Central Indiana Ardath Burkhart Leadership Series. In 2009 & 2010, Mr. Walker was named an Outstanding Young Lawyer - Rising Star (business/corporate law) by Indianapolis Monthly.
